With the death of TSS President Dave Barrett, Cecil saw a need to step in and offer the same level of technical surveillance, surveillance detection, and counter-surveillance training.
Now he has brought together the entire former TSS instructor cadre who were trained by and worked for Dave Barrett at TSS
CCE provides the level of special operations training, professionalism, and attention to detail that Law Enforcement and Department of Defense customers demand, and have come to expect.
CCE will develop and customize multi-disciplined training programs to meet the customer's requirements
The instructor cadre of CCE (previous TSS instructors) is made up of former special operators, law enforcement, and Master Level Photography experts, who offer the best real world experience to their students.
They include retired Majors, Captains and SACs who rose through the ranks of the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, conducting surveillance, electronic surveillance, and drug investigations for most of their careers;
Retired Military Special Operators with a wide range of foreign deployment missions;
A Retired FBI Agent, who was lead investigator for many terrorist-related bombing attacks across the world, and who provides training in "Recognizing the Terrorist Threat" for corporations, hotels, and casinos;
Along with other active and retired State and local law enforcement, and Master Level trainers, and all bring loyalty and dedication to the training mission.
In addition to its elite customers, CCE maintains an affiliation with Executive Security Services, LLC (ESS) to provide Active Shooter Training to church security, educational security, and corporate security groups.
ESS provides the latest in laser simulation training equipment with the FireArms Training Simulator (FATS) using non tethered highly modified Bluefire Glock 17s with the Megitt P100 system. The system is portable and has hundreds of "shoot, don't shoot" scenarios and range courses. The Bluefire weapons fully cycle (with sound) when fired and require programmed magazine changes.
